Our NDIS Services 

Altius Group is a registered NDIS Service Provider of therapeutic supports, health and wellbeing services and employment related assessment, counselling and career planning. We currently provide services to participants across Australia in Queensland, New South Wales, ACT, South Australia, Victoria, Tasmania and Western Australia. We offer a suite of services delivered by experienced allied health professionals (Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Rehabilitation Counsellors) – with a proven track record in delivering evidence-based, individually tailored programs and therapy.

Our assessment services and associated reports are of an extremely high standard with exceptional quality and detail to ensure the NDIA is provided with all the information it requires to facilitate the approval of therapy programs, assistive technology, housing solutions and future funding.

Our Approach to NDIS Services

We ensure our NDIS participants engage with their community and build on natural and informal supports such as friendships and community groups. We work with participants on goal setting to assist individuals, families and carers to consider possibilities, such as how they would like their future life to be, employing evidence-based practice to meet their needs and outcomes.

We believe in services that are flexible and responsive to the individual - we ensure we listen to, and hear, their wishes and desires, assisting them to meet life's challenges with dignity and integrity.

Our Therapeutic Services

Our therapeutic services focus on participant engagement within the participant’s local community, building on relationships with family, friends, neighbours and local community groups. Through both face to face and Telehealth appointments, Altius supports each participant to achieve the goals they have set for their life and lifestyle. Our team of allied health consultants continue to use evidence-based practice, working closely with participants to meet their needs and desired outcomes.
