Our disability employment services (DES) support those living with an injury, health condition or disability to find meaningful, sustainable work and support workplaces to accommodate their needs while realising each employee’s potential, for beneficial long-term employment partnerships.

Our Team of Specialists

The team at CIM Employment by Altius take pride in ensuring our service delivers an ethical and holistic person centric experience, where the candidate is positioned at the forefront of the service.

Disability employment solutions is delivered, complementing our National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) service offerings, and accessing our internal Allied Health professional team members (Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Exercise Physiologists, Vocational Counsellors) to deliver a suite of services that meet all our candidate’s needs. 

We draw in the collective knowledge base of our Allied Health professional team members to join forces to develop strategies to identify and address the non-vocational barriers that may inhibit progression of a candidate in their career journey.

Candidates receive a personal Career and Workplace Consultant who are highly skilled at navigating the individual through the process of engaging and partnering with a disability employment partner.
